Now that you know what you home is worth and all of the repairs are done before going live. It’s time to get professional photo’s of your home done, prepare the MLS, schedule open houses, and get ready to find a buyer.

We will pick the best day to let your home listing go live. This day will be decided not only by your needs, and the previous preparation but also to maximize exposure to try and get an offer A.S.A.P.
